Nowadays I am brewing with a 2000 l system in my garage. But I started like so many other craft brewers with smaller equipment. I was brewing on a 20 l, a 50 l and a 200 l system which I all sold. But then I started to miss the good old homebrewing days and decided to design my own system for smaller and experimental batches.

 

It had to be simple, very compact and clever with all important functions built like a Swiss army knife to produce a totally clear wort. I collected all the good and simple ideas I saw in breweries and on the internet over the years and designed the first BT300.

 

Soon the idea was born to build more and even bigger ones for the nanobrewers who want to go micro.
