BIG IS BEAUTIFUL !

You want to make a big step from nanobrewing to microbrewing? This can be the answer.

Description:

The BT300 is an electrically driven 300 liter brewhouse that is made out of stainless steel. It only has butterfly valves with clamp connectors. It comes together with a stainless steel hot wort pump (Europe 230 V, USA 110 V),  a mash paddle (manual version) , a shovel to take out the spent grain and a steam condenser that simply needs a thin water hose to work. The BT300 is a ready-to-brew system. Just install your electrical plugs on the electrical cables and start brewing. The BT300 has wheels with stoppers and can easily be moved into a corner of a room after brewing. The BT300 is double-walled and is well insulated with stone wool.

Diameter = approx. 80 cm

Minimum width of the door of the brewery needed = 92 cm

Height = approx. 200 cm

A plate heat exchanger and other things like for example a hopback can be ordered as well. See HERE.

BT300 "Slim Fit Edition": The BT300 can also be offered with a smaller diameter D = 78 cm and a smaller height H = 186 cm.

The inlets/outlets are positioned in a way so it fits through narrow doors. See specs HERE.

Specifications:

Upper vessel:

Heating: 3 electrical heaters with a total power of 10 kW, 3 phases/ground needed (Europe 400 V/16 A, USA 220 V/30 A)

Top: Openings for steam condenser, stirrer, rotating CIP ball and small lids for hop additions

Inlets: Sparging water, CIP, whirlpool

Outlets: Overflow, clear wort out, drainage

Features: Lattice and slit filter for lautering, lauterpipe, thermometer, electrical box with key, liquid level pipe, manhole on the side, mash paddle, shovel to take out the spent grain

Lower vessel:

Functions: Heating up the sparging water and the wort during lautering/Whirlpool/Cooking

Heating: 3 electrical heaters with a total power of 10 kW, 3 phases/ground needed (Europe 400 V/16 A, USA 220 V/30 A)

Inlets: Lautering, CIP, whirlpool

Outlets: Overflow, clear wort out, drainage

Features: Thermometer, rotating CIP ball, electrical box with key, liquid level pipe, manhole on the side, steam condenser

Cooking in lower vessel: A bigger overflow in the lower vessel incl. a turnable pipe for the hop addition and a beer-hose-steam-condenser offer the possibility to cook the wort in the lower vessel. This makes quick double batches possible since the second batch can already be mashed in the upper vessel while the first batch is cooked in the lower vessel.

Hint:

Brewing one batch per day can comfortably be done by heating one vessel at the time. If enough power is available both vessels can be heated at the same time. This offers then the possibility of even quicker double-batch-brew-days.

Extras:

Electrical stirrer. Hint: The height with the stirrer is approx. 2.2 m.

Automatic control (electrical stirrer required): The BT300 can be equipped with an automatic control.

2 pieces: The BT300 can be delivered in 2 pieces in case the doors of the brewery are too small for one piece.
